From the A12 follow the signs to Colchester North and Central.
At the roundabout from the slip road take the 2nd exit to town centre (towards Clacton), onto the Avenue of Remembrance. At the roundabout (A) take the 3rd exit, at the next roundabout (B) take the 3rd exit.
Go up the steep hill, with a foot bridge over the road. At the roundabout (C) take the 4th exit, doubling back on yourself and take the immediate left turn into Crouch Street.
Turn right at the end of the road into Rawstorn Road (fruit and veg shop on opposite RH corner). First right into Manor Road. Go past the Buddhist Centre and at the end of the road turn right into the Balkerne House car park.
