This system is network delivered and includes a comprehensive authoring tool allowing administrators with basic IT skills to input and edit text and images. This means, for example, that photos and details of a new project or new manager in NG Bailey's Reading branch can be input by the local personnel administrator and then automatically uploaded to the central intranet server.

All newcomers to Reading will then receive an up-to-date induction and staff from any other branch can view details if required.

The system tracks a user's progress through the presentations and holds central records of performance, progress and update history. This information may be accessed by the central personnel function allowing checks to be made and ensuring all newcomers to each of
NG Bailey's 30 or so branches receive a complete induction. The system will also give an introduction to NG Bailey's corporate aims and objectives with Amtek's trademark high quality animated voice-over presentations. Other features include learner testing and a feedback section which lets the user report on how useful the induction was.
