Merial Animal Health Limited, a customer
of Amtek's Sales Business program, has added spreadsheet analysis
to their system.
Merial uses The Sales Business system
to train their field sales team in both 'soft' selling skills,
and product and animal health knowledge. The product and animal
health elements have been developed by Merial managers and trainers
using the program's built-in tool-set, and includes images,
text, pdfs and over 100 test questions.
In order to review performance in
the knowledge tests at a 'granular' level of detail, Amtek has
prepared an Excel spreadsheet that links to the system database.
The spreadsheet allows question-by-question analysis of results,
identifying specific areas of strength and weakness within the
team. Overall scores in test sections are displayed in the built-in
Learning Management System supplied complete with every Amtek
package.
Where areas of weakness are identified,
Merial managers will develop additional learning content and
tests.
Because all Amtek systems operate
from a standard Microsoft database, and the data is structured
in a highly granular format, this type of analysis is available
for all Amtek systems.
