The programme will now include sections on Shell's Health, Safety and Environmental policy and the steps that employees and contractors should take to ensure that Shell Haven complies with Shell's policy commitments.

The e-learning package is an integral part of the site's ISO14001 Environmental Management System and will include a database of learners, showing who has completed both environmental and safety induction training.
